The First Court of Appeals has set the above cause for submission on April 19, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. in Galveston County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, 600 59th Street, First Floor, Galveston, Texas 77551, before a panel consisting of, Justice Massengale, Justice Brown and Justice Caughey subject to change by the Court. The Court will hear oral argument. Each side will be allowed 20 minutes to argue.
