Shaun P. Hardy will appear before the 212th Judicial District Court in Galveston at 9:30 a.m. Friday, June 8 to ask the court to modify conditions of his bond. He wants to move from Galveston County to Normangee, where Barry Hardy has a ranch, and also is requesting that his court-ordered drug testing be reduced from four times a month to one.

Please join us, if at all possible, to send a clear message that this is not acceptable. BTW, Item #3 is about his traveling to court-ordered mediation where he is fighting to bar me from seeing RAH, then five, who was in the house when Shaun murdered his mother.

The next important court date is 10 a.m. Thursday, July 26, where another ludicrous request is on the docket — to toss his two custodial confessions and invalidate the search warrant that led to the discovery of what remained of Anne-Christine.
